Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. In the wake of quitting her gymnastics career from childhood, Ariel began competing at fitness shows aged 16. Then she came back in the year 2015 and carried on from where she previously left off taking part in elite contests including the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. Following her win in her first contest in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years setting new goals. At the close of 2009, she won four more fitness awards. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. Ariel spent her first six years in competing to obtain her college diploma. The IFBB Fitness Pro debut was at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. The show saw her finish in third place. In the summer of 2016, she took home her place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This meant that she was able to participate in Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel stepped onto the Olympia Stage to take home 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectations prior to the event and was proud of the result. There is no doubt that Ariel placed well considering she competed against top of the line athletes. Ariel's physique is improving each year. Ariel loves to work out her back. It is where she usually performs bent over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on the machine) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. The warm-up phase is typically done before the exercise.
